True patriots like Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama have tried to offer similar amendments in the Judiciary committee and they were voted down with Linseed Graham and that the aptly named Flake voting with the Rats.

I think on the Senate floor Reid controls what amendments come to a vote. In any case, the Rats have enough votes to kill any amendment that they do not like.

The only hope in the Senate was a filibuster but with McConnel not supporting it there are not enough votes to stop cloture.

Rush is saying that the Rats do not like even the fake "tough measures" in the bill so they will get a leftist Federal judge to declare them unconstitutional. By the time it winds through the courts the illegals will to be able to vote in 2014 and 2016.
