If an angry trained wrestler punk who was a known associate of terrorists who may have slit the throats of three other wrestlers and who had days earlier knocked the teeth out of someone over a parking space had lunged at me, I’d have given him a big hug and tried to understand where he was coming from.
They made no provision for a vehicle to get away, they had to hijack a car, (letting the owner escape) - I've thought long and hard about that. The remote detonation could be a clue. They might both have been useful idiots, meant to go to allah, when someone else detonated the devices. The timing could have been a little off, the bomb-carriers escaped with their lives, but had no money and no vehicle...and had to steal both.
If they believed their function was nothing more than to deliver the devices to the sites, wouldn't they have expected to simply walk quietly away? That they would be identified by CC surveillance seems not to have entered their minds, or wasn't considered to be singificant; which it wouldn't be if they had been still carrying the devices when they went off.
There's no threat of capture if they were both dead.
This guy knew the Marathon bombers and he’s living right next to Disney World with about 100,000 tourists clustered together on any given day. Supposedly the Boston bombers were headed to New York. Maybe they were really going to Orlando to hook back up with this character.
I personally said "oh well". Ho hum. Another chechen murderer moves on to the next life.
