According to Fox News, the injunction still stands...

That injunction still stands, although the state Justice Department has asked the 2nd District Court of Appeals to review the case.

No, this does not lift the injunction. This pertains just to the League of Women Voters lawsuit, although it is a welcome decision. There is another injunction in place. Unfortunately, I heard J.B. Vanhollen talking on the radio this AM that the libs can continue to file injunctios. The Legislature has something else in the works.
