Armed march on D.C. canceled (Kokesh fail)

The activist who threatened to lead an armed march on Washington July 4 has canceled the event but is urging people to converge on the 50 state capitals to protest gun regulations, according to a recent appearance on an Internet talk show.

“Please don’t come to Washington, D.C.,” Adam Kokesh, an Iraq war veteran, urged in an interview on the Pete Santilli Show. “Appeal on a state level. We shouldn’t be begging the government to change. We should be hoping they respect our rights.”

In the interview, which was first reported by the Media Matters web site, Kokesh said a friend is coordinating the state protests and it was unclear whether people are being urged to come armed. …

If folks who show good judgment and stay away from idiotic agent provocateurs such as Kokesh are "sheeple" then I hope these good FReepers continue to be “sheeple”. These “sheeple” can then continue the long slog of successfully reacquiring our full 2nd amendment rights using tactics and strategies that are based upon good judgment and move us forward instead of potentially setting up back. By the way, I'm proudly one of these "sheeple".
