The father of Ibragim Todashev, who was shot by an FBI agent a week ago while being quizzed over his links to the Boston bombers, revealed the extent of his son's injuries in gruesome photographs of his dead body today.
Outspoken Abdul-Baki Todashev called for an investigation and possible legal action against the agent involved at a press conference in Moscow where he showed the images of his son's body lying in a morgue with up to seven gunshot wounds, including one to the back of the head.
His angry calls for justice came as a report claimed the 27-year-old native Chechen was unarmed in the clash with a federal agent in Florida on May 22.
Previous reports claimed the US citizen went for the agent with a knife while being interrogated in his home. However, a report by the Washington Post yesterday cited law enforcement officials saying he had no weapon.
Todashev is pictured lying in a Florida morgue. His father claims they show brutal injuries from up to seven bullets including one to the back of the head. 'This is not a shot that you fire when you come under attack. This is a shot you fire to execute someone,' he said.
'Couldn't they just handcuff him? At the very least, they could have wounded him in the foot or shoulder. And here he was killed execution style.'
Deceased: Ibragim Todashev was fatally shot by an FBI agent. Initial reports said he had a knife but that was not true
He added that his son must have had information they didn't want him to reveal.
'They silenced him', he added.

Everything that we have been told about this incident is falling apart.
Initially they said that after he confessed to his involvement in the killings that he then charged the agents and was shot.
At this point I don’t believe that he confessed to anything.
As a matter of fact he may have been executed because he didn’t confess.
I think I recall en even odder suicide back in Arkansas, fellow cut his own head off.
Maybe the FBI was just cleaning up some loose ends.
Any more some of them are Moslem Brotherhood. You can't blame Moslems for lying. It's in the Book.
Yep. Shot in the back of the head. A clear case of self-defense by the FBI/s
Anyone who trusts this current govt is delusional.
For some reason, this reminds me of the Clinton related suicide where the person shot herself in the back of the head.
Jaz, “If that one pic is supposed to show a shot to the back of the head his dad better take a second look, its to the top of the head. It suggests he had his head down coming for the agent.”
Your comment suggests that Jaz may just be stone stupid...

In another time, Americans would have responded to such a possibility with shock and disbelief. Today, most would probably just agree and shrug it off.
If he was shot in order to silence him, I’d be curious why.
I doubt that Obama ordered the Boston bombing, or anything like that.
But he might have ordered them to tidy up because the FBI had been warned that these guys were terrorists, yet they cleared them and gave them citizenship—and food stamps and all the rest.
Also, Obama has declared that terrorism is over. He has cleaned it all up. Al Qaeda is finished. He has shown himself to be extremely reluctant to admit that there is such a thing as Muslim terrorism as well.
This whole business is pretty embarrassing. He wants to sweep it under the rug and forget about it. The press certainly seems to have forgotten about it.
Pure speculation, but I wonder if this guy offered to tell all, if he was given a light sentence. ALL being a large number of Chechens and others who conspired to commit terrorist acts—and who earlier killed those three Jews and perhaps others.
Obama’s FBI doesn’t want someone around who promises to tell everything he knows about Muslim terrorists in America. That’s the last thing they want.
That’s the only reason I can think of for offing him.
The same can be said about Rab.
Did you even look at the pic? It’s the one his dad is holding.
Now tell me that’s the back of his head.
Agreed. I sure don’t trust the dad of some Muslim terrorist, but what credibility does our government have now that they target political enemies. We’ve seen them all tell us lies shamelessly again and again about Benghazi.
Unfortunately with the Baraqqi regime, I have about equal confidence in the credibility of the FBI and some Chechen muzzie.
That is a problem isn't it.
Here's another problem ~ IRS...
I am as suspicious of muslims as I can be, I think I have made that clear for a very long time, however I cannot abide the liars in my government, any of them.
BUMP! BUMP! BUMP!
Soft tyranny/harsh tyranny?
Good totalitarianism/bad totalitarianism?
live - free - republic
Post of the day, unfortunately.
Hilarious. Happy your FBI murders people? Won’t be so funny if it happens to you.
Because taking a drone into the apartment wasn’t convenient? That’s how Obama rolls.
I would have posted the pic for you but it’s an AP photo.
The caption under it is:
“Gruesome: The father showed images of his son’s bullet-riddled body laying in a Florida morgue”
It’s the top of the head execution — much neater and less blood splatter and no bullet exiting the face — Ron Brown style.
“’Why did the FBI execute my boy?’’
Because he’s Muslim, and we’re real tired of Muslims.
Get a clue.
You know I liked to believe that the FBI was above this. I’m not sure why I believed that, but I no longer can.
Once was you had to be pure and clean as the wind driven snow to become an FBI agent.
Apparently that standard no longer exists.
I’m not for muslims be able to get away with anything at all if in fact they are guilty of something.
But I need to know why the FBI has lied, and I believe this father deserve truth about what happened to his son.
It won’t. I don’t hang out with America-hating terrorists
