Can I ask a stupid question? How is it that elementary school kids even know about oral sex in the first place? Where would the 5th grader get the idea that he wanted this boy to perform such an act?
Don’t the schools push sex-ed pretty early now with special attention to homosexuality?
Nowadays the homosexual agenda is pushed so hard, I think it is difficult for kids to miss.

Do you think, perhaps, that some of the many “uncles” who sleep over at these children’s apartments have been in prison? And have adopted prison habits? And have introduced these habits to the unfortunate charges of their girlfriends?

These kids learned this behavior from their parent(s) or older siblings. I have the strong feeling that the three culprits have been sexually abused themselves. Thus, they are acting out on a smaller child. A big guy molests a smaller one who turns around and rapes a smaller one yet.

A lot of "culturally disadvantaged" kids actually see sex acts at home all their lives by careless (or drugged) mom and her boyfriend[s]. The proud legacy of feminism! /s
