This guy has spent his whole life on the take - joined faculty at MIT in 1973 after graduating HS in 1962; the time between was spent getting his education. He is probably a smart guy, but he has always been either on the receiving end or the delivering end of the education establishment.
How can someone who appears deranged and utters gobbledygook be considered a ‘smart guy’?
