And if you have the solution, why haven't you implemented it?

After all, Chicago hasn't exactly been under the governing thumb of white boys like Mark Kirk these past few decades has it?

Mr Rush's solution

Rush issued a more temperate statement, expressing his sincere regret that Kirk's "current plan does not include the option to create jobs, provide affordable and safe housing, quality health care and improve schools in urban areas."

IOW, more and more federal money for Democrats in Chicago, 95% of which will be used to line Dem pols' pockets.
