There is something terribly wrong with the universe when Antonin Scalia, arguably the most conservative of the Supreme Court justices sides with Ruth Bader Ginsburg, arguably the most liberal. And there is something decidedly bizarre when Ruthie should be sided with. Why are the Marxist members of the court suddenly interested in upholding the Bill of Rights?
