I can’t believe most of the comments here. DNA is certainly unique to an individual. So are fingerprints. Your DNA cannot hurt you unless you do something wrong. I believe everyone’s DNA should be registered. If you ever lost a child or had one buried unknown to you as a John Doe you would know what I mean. What is the harm in anyone knowing your DNA? GOT SOMETHING TO HIDE?

I don’t think its any of the governments business to be collecting and storing DNA of its supposedly free citizens.
