How can anyone be talking “pass”? Crimes have been committed. Obama and the IRS personnel involved are engaged in a treasonous criminal conspiracy. You can call it politics, but I am ready for a revolution. I cannot have my children living in a Country that accepts any part of this lawlessness.

That's a vague generality. We know Lois Lerner is an arch criminal, but is she a mastermind? Probably just a ditzy old lady nursing hurts suffered in highschool when her mother wouldn't let her get a nose job and a butt tuck.

To nail people you need to cite the statutory support for the crime, establish that it occurred and demonstrate that a specific person did it.

That's not always an easy job, particularly in a case where normal, lawful behavior is difficult to differentiate from abnormal, unlawful behavior.

This certainly isn't politics as usual, even as dirty and low as politics does get. This is criminal and someone needs to go to jail. (And the threat of jail will get that someone talking about who he took orders from.)
