And guess what happens when the crack PLA cyber crime units in China eventually crack the NSA systems, and get in there, and get all that information on average Americans (credit cards, conversations, social security numbers, address, payments, political leanings, etc).

It is only a matter of time this information is downloaded by the Red Chinks out of Jiaotong University, (or by the North Korean cyberspies in Amnokgang University, Kim Il Sung University, KPA units, etc).
