Has the 4th amendment been violated?

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

BIG time. Just about every phone has GPS capabilities nowadays. That alone will tell you where someone is most of the time. If Apple gives them access to your account it would make it extremely easy for them.

The 16th Amendment began the repeal of the 4th and 9th.

Unconstitutional means to achieve constitutional ends.
