Prepare to be very, very cold (Monckton .... says real danger is global cooling)
WND ^ | June 5, 2013 | Lord Monckton

HARRIETSHAM, KENT – Here in the Garden of England, after a long and savage winter, we have had the coldest spring in 120 years. Snow fell in the north of England as late as May 23. The trees are still struggling into leaf. The bluebells came a month late. This is the third or fourth bad winter in a row.

In Russia they have had the coldest winter and the highest snowfall in a century.

In the United States, around 10,000 new cold-weather and high-snowfall records have been set.

The climate cry-babies are wailing that global warming is causing global cooling. When one points out to them that the U.N.’s climate panel has come to the unsurprising conclusion that global warming implies precisely the opposite of global cooling, they say the warming is playing hide-and-seek with us in the deep ocean, from which one day it is going to come out and say, “BOO!” Or not, as the case may be.

My good friend Dr. David Archibald is a sun-watcher. He says the bright yellow thing in the sky that we have not seen much of in the Northern Hemisphere over the past six months is in danger of becoming less active than it has been for 300 years.

He is one among many. The splendidly named Dr. Habibullo Abdussamatov of the hard-headed Russian Academy of Sciences, where few have ever believed the global warming nonsense, has been saying the same for some time.

Dr. Dennis Ray Wingo of NASA was the first to alert me

One day it’s global warming and the next it’s global cooling. We need to pass a law banning all seasons and requiring Mother Nature to keep the earth at a nice 74-78 degrees.

NOTHING man made will stop the advance of glaciers once they start to form. NOTHING.

Look up in the sky at night, see all that dark between the stars, that is cold my friends. The universe contains FAR MORE COLD than heat. The extent to which we can keep cold at bay will determine how long we survive.

Biil Nye the anti-Science guy would disagree.

Who knows better? 31,000 scientists that say AGW is a scam(many of them climatoligists), the founder of the weather channel, or a guy who had a kid’s show a few decades ago with a degree in mechanical engineering?

One thing which amazes me was the consistently bad analysis presented by the so-called climate “scientists”. When the MSM alarms started ringing and I was finally convinced to read some of that tripe, I remember remarking to some fellow faculty members that these clowns wouldn’t even rate a gentlemen’s “C” in most courses we taught.

Interesting that some idiots (read: progressives) still believe in it even after the East Anglia exposures, and even the rejection by the BBC and Economist.

I think we should implement a global tax on carbon to pay for a system to correct global warming cooling!

If Monckton wants his presentation to be taken seriously I suggest learning how to prepare professional looking powerpoint presentations, not ones that look like they were put together by a 12 year old (I am referring to the link in the article). Proper presentation of the data is important and aids credibility.

It’s my understanding that he is saying it is because of a less active sun and not global warming. Something that is beyond the control of anyone on the planet.

Never lose sight of the fact that climate alarmism, along with ‘environmentalism’ and population growth alarmism are merely tools used by eliminationists to further their agenda: the mass slaughter of a largish section of humanity.

If the enviro wackos see millions of humans starving to death because of the cold induced famines and the forced migration from northern latitudes, they will be all smiley faced again.

Suns magnetic field in decline

(PhysOrg.com) -- Sunspot formation is triggered by a magnetic field, which scientists say is steadily declining. They predict that by 2016 there may be no remaining sunspots, and the sun may stay spotless for several decades. The last time the sunspots disappeared altogether was in the 17th and 18th century, and coincided with a lengthy cool period on the planet known as the Little Ice Age

We’ve had the creepiest spring in my nearly 50 year memory. Normally by now it’s warmed up into the low 90’s and the only rains we have are occasional late afternoon tstorms or tropical system.

We have yet to hit 90 and it’s so wet in my garden I have to wear boots and I still sink to my calves. Half of it has washed away.

Projected high today of a whopping 82 degrees.

I’m just afraid that when this weather settles finally into ‘summer’ it’ll be 100+ and no rain for 3 months.

That’s why the enviro-nutjobs have been using “climate change” instead of global warming. This way, they never have to admit to being wrong.
