Yes, this brings up the different standards for black and white military personnel. The office I worked in had a black secretary suddenly sent to us. The reason was she had an unwanted ‘brother’ admirer whose MO was similar to this perp. In this case it was a civilian civil service type. But instead of taking appropriate disciplinary action she was moved to a controlled area behind a vault door. Her unwanted admirer still sent flowers occasionally and once a large box of chocolates which she put at the coffee mess for all to have.
