I am not going to, this is a ridiculous charge, and hopefully the judge will thrown this out straight away and lambast the CPS.
I was a victim in Sept 2008 of a similar burglary, in which I punched the burglar and restrained him. All I got was a pat on the back from the police and judge at court.
LOL...that was my thought too...lets hear from scotsman yammering about how this sort of thing doesn't happen...they have just as many, if not more, handguns than the US.
