Eric Holder answers: “With all due respect, senator, I don’t think this is an appropriate setting for me to discuss that issue.”

J Edgar Hoover had a hit file on every president from Coolidge to Nixon. He also had files on every person who was, or wanted to be a member of congress. Plus, every person of any prominence.

Now, the guberment has a LOT MORE of every kind of information. Does any one doubt why congress will balk at "regulating" the executive branch...?
