I’m fully aware of what this regime is capable of. They are extra-legal and have been since they took office.

The only thing that will protect this man is a high-profile co-ordinated effort by congress. A private bill would give him the fig leaf of “legal protection.” He will for the rest of his life have to live in a public bubble that might make him too important to kill.

Maybe that will be enough. Maybe.

How ironic that the most corrupt president I have ever seen actually made the above statement. What a hypocrite.
