We have had PUBLIC testimony that the Obama IRS is not fully cooperating now. Issa, Camp and Boehner have done NOTHING about it. The target is the kenyan and his stooges in the IRS.
Cummings is just flapping his gums here. Issa is doing the same with his tweet.
So what is the GOP action plan? Tweet the kenyan to death?
