I guess that is why Verizon has settled so many lawsuits against them for various reasons. Just remember, Obama is a Constitutional lawyer too (or claims to be).

Perhaps class action suits are different or these are settlements based on an arbitrator, but I went through my AT&T and Visa contracts and found the clauses where I waved my right to sue.
