The libtard homo’s will rise to the top of the military chain of command, until you have a bunch of Nazi SS goons willing to do anything to the general populations
THAT is why they pressed for homos in the military

A member of the U.S. Army Band who said he was reprimanded for [...] serving Chick-fil-A sandwiches at a party... Really? I will have no problem believing this, if it is true. But I honestly want to see proof that he was reprimanded for serving Chick-Fil-A.

I figure it is only a matter of when, the USSA military officially creates the positions of “political officer” in various units. Just like their role model of USSR, in order to screen out unreliable personnel and ensure proper decision making.

They tried that with me once. I demanded a “General Court Marshall” which is a right. The C.O. backed off so fast that he left a contrail. It would have made him look like the A$$ that he was.

He’s got 25 years in although he was probably shooting for 30.He’d be wise to request retirement *immediately* because his career is over.In fact this NJP is probably the Army’s way of making sure he goes now and goes quietly.

my sense is that obozo hussein is purposefully ruining this current US military in order to stop future enlistments. Seriously, who would want to serve under this lying commie bastard?

I suspect that the noose is tightening on all Americans considered enemies of the current administration: tea baggers, gun owners, church goers, free enterprise entrepreneurs; in other words, anyone who does not support Obama.
There are plenty of headlines, but no real action to change the laws or punish the guilty across this deeply corrupt administration.

Article 15? Never once met an E-9 who didn’t at least have one.

A Soldier charged and receiving an Article 15 does not have to accept it. He can request a court martial. The risk he would take though is that a court martial (no matter what the charge) is considered a felony conviction IF he is convicted.
