Yeh me too. Study, what kind of study needs to stop people on the highway and try to get their DNA? Better yet what kind of a nut give the DNA on their morning commute to work? Oh yeh stick a needle in my arm and swab my mouth here on the side of the road. Its insane.

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!***
FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. (multiple votes using multiple internetz devices are allowed!)
And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin’, if I miss them.
(looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)

Nothing surprises me anymore... just incredible...
Did you see that poll answer? “I`d rather not answer, they might be watching.” Well with prism...
Is anything truly “voluntary” if armed agents of the government request it?
One of my clients is a criminal lawyer.
He recently had to defend a woman in court for her passing through a WalMart parking lot to “avoid a traffic signal”.
I didn’t even KNOW that was illegal!
What if she made a snap decision not to go shopping after all, and so drove through the parking lot without parking.
Now we have to stop and park, and shop, or else we are committing a criminal act?
What if you didn’t WANT to stop at a roadblock and give a swab or a sample?
Would it have been a traffic violation?
The more Outlandish-ed the request, the more fishing they get.
Standard response should be “Am I under Arrest?, Am I being Detained? May I Leave now?)
I’m seriously thinking about getting my own Dash Cam
TT
PS and for posterity, once leaving the checkpoint say FUBO so the NSA can hear it on your Cell Phone.
Why would anyone volunteer to do this?
If they are paying money for the samples, what will be done with the samples?
I just don’t understand why they use a controlled test in a lab with people drinking alcohol.
The reason is too bizarre and makes no sense at all.
DNA samples to find out how many drivers are under the influence? I don’t think so.
Why so shocked?
What if someone ran the roadblock. Do the tests then become involuntary???
Since this thread has been hijacked it will be MUCH harder to ask this particular question:
After everything we have heard about this gigantic database that has ALL of OUR information in it, does the government already have most of our DNA already, through normal doctor/hospital procedures? (Blood draws, etc.) AND....Is this just another way of getting the rest of our DNA?
Some guy claiming to be working for the government came to my daughter’s house in Arkansas about a month ago, asking for a mouth swab for a government health survey. He was quite insistent but she said no. The next day same guy shows up and asks again. She told him to get lost.
She was freaked out, told me the name of the contracting company, but I forgot.
How to Get Arrested in Arizona for DUI With a BAC of 0.00

All others will be eliminated...
Blood will be used to check medication levels.
Well, that didn’t take long.
Now the roadblocks will be nationwide.
