It was meant to be, just like all the whining about a roadblock that some alleged required people to give swabs and blood or have their cars searched.
If a person approaching this “roadblock” is compelled to have any interaction whatsoever with law enforcement, then I have a problem with this. We have a right to travel freely, unmolested by government agents. They (the government) must have a compelling public safety rationale for stopping travelers, and I don’t think a “study” reaches that high bar.
