You forgot the judicial — remember it’s them who say that warrants aren’t required in some [most?] cases, it’s them who have degraded the 4th amendment to nothing (DNA seizures on arrest, anyone?), and it’s they who extend legal protection to slimeball government “leaders” (remember Murtha?).
