I hope he will get a chance to correct his terrible error. Roberts could easily rule that ObamaCare is unconstitutional based on a different challenge, and that may make the difference between a peaceful return to the rule of law and the ugly alternative path back to the rule of law.
I hope he has the courage to do so. There’s got to be someone in the government to resist the Chicago thugocracy.
