...or Constitutional?
This is Fascism in its plain form, and the People have been crapped on so many times, where the PLAIN LANGUAGE of the Constitution is ignored, or Ruled to allow un-Constitutional actions (by Activist/Bribed/Blackmailed/Co-erced Judges), such as Obamacare being Upheld.
We have un-Constitutional appointees (non-elected), selectively enforcing Laws, or, making Regulations that are in clear violation of the Constitutions provisions, and NO ONE challenges them on Constitutional grounds, whatsoever.
You can't even get "Standing" as a U.S. Citizen, to bring arguments to Court (unless you're a Protected Class, and are furthering Progressive Causes).
