I was preempting comments that veer from mentioning the awfulness of this entire policy to a degraded mockery of Mexican culture and Obama’s color, for instance.
As the spouse of an Hispanic, I consider that sort of ignorance free game. And it makes me tetchy.
My point that there are more genuine racists on the other side stands, but that doesn't excuse racism coming from anyone else, I agree with you on that.
