Well there’s cute and then just plain unseemly and otherwise disgusting. This whole monitoring regimen has been building since the days of jFK. And everyone of these geniuses has voted for spending the MONEY on it. And it has eaten up a huge amount of money. They just itch to spend money and now they claim they had no idea what it was for?
