Use PPV to watch all executions. There would be thousands of people pay to watch.
Don't think so? Human nature does not change. In the "past" before we got "civilized" the whole town turned out for hangings w/ food and souvenir vendors. The same in pre "civilized" Europe,& now in the ME & wherever public executions are held.
