Diversity:
Conservatives. I’ll start by hiring more male, conservative agents. They should be Pro-life, be married, and be supportive of their wives who are staying home to home school the kids.
Republicans: 50% + of all new hires should be Republicans. It should only take at least 10 years to balance out the heavily Democrat current work force.
Christians: 50% + should be practicing Christians.
How’s that for a start on diversity?
