Yes, we must legalize the illegals so they can enforce border security!

Whew! Much relieved, now that that’s decided!

He needs to experience a sudden flush of patriotism and do it now.

'Cause thanks to his old friend Rubio we are on the threshold.

Something Rush said yesterday morning was very telling. He casually reported that Rubio’s staff had called Rush’s staff that morning to get Rubio on the show to explain why his Univision remarks weren’t contradictory.

Rush didn’t let him on, instead he told his audience about the phone call. Very pointed, I thought. Later, when the Grassley amendment was tabled, Rush said it made him sad when people tried to take advantage of him, implying that’s what Rubio had done.

Stick a fork in Rubio, he’s done. There’s no coming back from proving to those who worked to get you elected that, besides having really bad judgement, you actually have no core principles.

Because the Fed won’t print trillions of dollars more in currency to fund infinite deficit spending.

Wait!

Never mind....

Rubio does appear to be in a panic. He got himself onto the Hugh Hewitt Show last night, unannounced. There was a guest host. He was trying frantically to defend this. He sounded like one scared cat.

No, El MarcoPhone, what IS painful is watching you self destruct.

That pic with the grinning McFlake needs a hurl alert.

If that was how it would actually work, I could go for it. The REAL problem is not the number of illegal aliens in the country right now, it’s the continuing influx. If we could actually cut the influx pretty much off for 20 years, those here would assimilate reasonably well.

But of course that won’t actually happen. We’ll effectively amnesty those already here, then continue acquiring new ones. And the pressure will begin to build for our third amnesty.

Also we should have a “national conversation” about cutting down on legal immigration for an adjustment period of 20 years or so.

But we won’t. Opposing legal immigration or even its expansion is a third rail in politics.

He doesn't need to tell us what we already know but say it all through the mike now to those who don't. He doesn't want to lose it until he's ready for retirement? I don't listen to him anymore and not interested in him since the election - he sat on the fence like wusses do and the 'being more concerned about them$elve$ type' than our country are a dime a dozen. Truly nothing special about them.

I heard that...like he was going to come on Rush's show and explain how telling us gringos (and, BTW, having it advertised all over the country for him, that he and this bill are conservative) that it was going to be border security first and foremmost (and that ad is still runnning saying as much), and then telling a spanish audience, in spanish, that making them legal was the first issue, and an uncompromisable issue, before security.

There is no reconciling those two facts and Rush was right to not to let him even try. Rubio is actually tryoing to say its the same thing now because we need the "legal" illegal immigrants to pay for security!

Damning turn of events for Rubio...and thankk God it came out now before we all got behind him for a presidentlial run. Not going to happen now.

Rush didn’t let him on, instead he told his audience about the phone call.

Not to worry though, the Great American Sean Hannity let him on. And of course couldn't quite bring himself to call Rubio a equivocating liar.

Wrong priorities have a way of cropping up on the way to building some kind of constituency beyond your natural fit.

Hispanics who have LEGALLY entered the United States and gone on to become citizens, are not well served by this back-door amnesty. They end up being branded with the same identification as the illegal entrants who have, by the magic of a wand waved in faraway Washington, suddenly become “respectable” and on a path to citizenship that seems to be a cut in line AHEAD of other lawfully admitted applicants. In this manner, ALL Hispanics are viewed with suspicion and uncertainty.

MOST OF THESE ILLEGAL RESIDENTS HAVE NO INTENTION OF EVER BECOMING US CITIZENS!! They are here only for the quick buck and to pick up on the freebies that have been handed out so generously in the past.

We can do something about the freebies (including anchor babies). Simply because a cat has kittens in an empty oven, does not make them biscuits. For all intents and purposes, most “anchor babies” are still foreign nationals until they have gone through a naturalization process, which includes being proficient in the language and conversant with the principles upon which the United States of America is founded (a requirement which, if vigorously applied, would probably exclude a good many high school “graduates”, whose families have been in the US for generations). And finally, there is the little matter of renouncing the citizenship of the land which from they left, and pledging allegiance to the flag of the United States and the nation for which it stands.

Marco Rubio has become who he is as the result of people who have done all these steps. The very least he could ask is that other new entrants to this country respect that and either return to their land of allegiance at the expiration of their visa, or proceed with all the steps necessary to become a full citizen.

Rubio is an idiot. He’s one of those democrats that ran as a Republican to get elected. His IQ must be on the bottom of the scale. Makes me wonder about Rush and Levin too. They are huge cheerleaders for him. Rubio should listen to Levin and follow his advice.

Rubio is a desperate liar. He’s tossing out whatever lies to whatever groups to see what can stick, what stupid people are willing to believe.

Every reason he’s listed for this are lies. How anyone can believe him, is crazy. You have to ignore the fact they are idiotic and just simply rather want to believe him due to irrational emotions.

Rush is not a cheerleader for Rubio. Levin has been the one who has always and still handles Rubio with soft gloved hands.

Sean Hannity - the land where everyone is a good American. Just another ‘I need to be a good guy and obey so they don’t harm my wallet’ fraud.

We should also release all felons from prison so they can get jobs and pay for the prisons. What the hell have we turned into when the best we can do is elect people like this to govern us?
