I was with BOA for awhile. Nothing but problems. Went back to Chase no problems so far. We have a few local banks but they don’t offer the services that I want.

Chase has been knee-deep longer than BofA has been, so unless you’re referring strictly to customer service issues, you might be surprised. The largest bank remaining that’s not been greatly affected to my knowledge is BB&T but it’s a large regional bank, not a national one. I’m not quite sure the word “trust” applies to financial institutions anymore, myself. But, they’re necessary. Some just appear less worrisome than others.
