How did the court get around the common sense to agree that someone should be allowed to vote without proof that they are a legal citizen of the jurisdiction/district in which they are voting in? The law would have given us a more accurate result in an election.

Well. Rush is saying that the state law cannot trump the federal law. The government submits the federal forms and cannot change one form for one state. The federal government has complete authority on this.

Ok, from the court’s point, they are saying that the state has to have in protections in place for voters to be legal.
