No big.
I just treat it the same way I do the odd Seminar Caller/raving RuPaul fan/shameless self-promoter who lied his way past the screener: Turn down the sound on the headset, take ‘em off (reserved for extreme cases that might cause damage to headset) or just use my Old Bartender trick, smile a lot, nod and/or grunt agreement and ignore the stuff until it goes away.
