Gates for “threatening the life of a Houston based FBI agent.”........

Court documents state Gates had a previous felony conviction for attempted retaliation after

Unless he really wants to kill and burn Cruz and his father and just added the “blow up the sun” bit...at the last minute...to INSURE an insanity defense should he be caught.
It’s possible I suppose but if so, he’s about to find out how very rarely insanity defenses actually work.
