Jennifer Kerns was interviewed last night on AM 560 in Greeley. The lawsuit mentioned is considered frivolous by the petition organizers. This is the newest info I found on the subject.

Unfortunately, because of his status he could not be arrested for oath breaking, and after trial, hanged for treason.

One can only hope “the People” will take care of this democrat in the manner, he is worthy.

The lawyer who filed the challenge is a Democrat party hack.

A recall petition is approved as to form by the Secretary of State before it can be circulated.

A recall petition against a Colorado lawmaker who supported gun control laws was deemed sufficient Tuesday, setting up the first potential recall of a state lawmaker in Colorado history.

Speaking strictly as a Coloradan: that arrogant statist is going to be sorry he ever thought to use his office to express his loathsome anti-Second Amendment bigotry.
