Okay, so they can cross state lines with the product - they just can’t sell them.

According to the SCOTUS, everything is now interstate commerce. The libs can’t have it both ways.

Yes it is.

They are saying to farmers in other states that you must comply with our regulations if you want to be able to ship your product to our state for sale.

That is interstate commerce.
