The opposition Democrat Party will file a petition to remove the Cabinet on suspicion that the government colluded with four large companies in the bidding for the Bt350-billion water-management scheme. Democrat Bangkok MP Atthavit Suwannapakdee, also a shadow Cabinet spokesman, said his Cabinet had decided to solicit 120 MP signatures to file impeachment proceedings against the government's Cabinet.
