McLean spotted LePaul Gammons outside his girlfriend Assia Winfield’s Jamaica, Queens home. McLean shot LePaul Gammons twice in the buttocks and back using his service weapon as Gammons ran away . Leopold McLean, is currently serving a 7 year term for attempted murder.
