It isn't just Mexicans in Texas, it's every illegal in every State from every Country that came here on a Visa and overstayed it. It's every illegal who snuck across the Mexican or Canadian borders, no matter where they're from. It's not just granting them amnesty for illegal entry, it's exonerating them for all the additional crimes they've committed, as well.
