At a party I broke up a group of musicians from the society by referring to a small pizza on the table as a pizzicato.

The third movement, marked menuetto quasi allegro, is a dance movement, a minuet laid out in 3/4: 1-and-2-and-3-and. But the strong beat is on 2; you can break a leg trying to dance to this. Dance movements are formatted as A-A-B-A’-B-A’-C-C-D-C’-D-C’-A-B.

We begin with a clumsy minuet in C minor.
The B theme at :30 is in E-flat leading back to A’ in C minor.
The C theme at 1:37 is in C Major featuring arpeggios on the piano while the violin and cello take the theme.
The D theme at 2:05 is a playground for the piano.
The first sections recap at 2:58.

Beethoven: Piano Trio in C minor, Op. 1/3 (third movement)

LOL.

Followed by a short staccato of pancakes.

And a Legato of Lamb.
