Clear Channel/Jacksonville Sued Over Discrimination

Three CLEAR CHANNEL/JACKSONVILLE salespeople have filed suit against the company, alleging discrimination.
ARNOLD S. GAINES of the HARPER LAW FIRM filed on behalf of ANGELA MYHAND, MONIQUE BLUE and JESSICA DOWNS, stating "this action seeks declaratory, injunctive and equitable relief, compensatory damages, costs and attorneys' fees for racial and sex discrimination and retaliation suffered by Plaintiffs."
