Yep. Stay strong. We just got Duke Energy here. The property mgmt company treat us like we are behind the iron curtain. I’m shocked there’s been no neighborhood watch shootings here. People aren’t civilized any more and that’s the way the progressives want it. Civilized people are being ostracized and sent compliance letters over stupid stuff. Meanwhile, the people not paying their mortages or maintenance fees are treated w/kid gloves. That is just so backwards.
