They do what Drudge does: take news that would otherwise be relegated to a short mention in a local paper.

News the MSM really doesn't want to give an audience.

News the Left and the race baiters would prefer to see buried, because its ugliness disrupts their narrative.

And they put it out on the World Wide Web for everybody to see, so it does NOT get buried.
