This is a hoot. Joe is a fool.

There is authority for appeals when the accused is Black and the prosecution systematically excludes Blacks from serving on jury through peremptory challenges.

However, the right to a jury of peers is held by the accused, not the so-called victim, or his family, or his greedy lawyers.

There is no 'right to a jury of peers in American Law.

If so, then recently released repeat offenders would have juries made up of convicts.
