I have to disagree with you. There will NOT be any re-building, amnesty will guarantee millions of new democratic voters. The fiscal collapse will effectively end America as we know it even today. There will be pockets of this country (large ones to be sure) that will do well and get back on their feet all on their own. Then, there will be DC filled to the brim with socialists and commie's of the Dem stripe crying out about "democracy" that will use the power of the Federal government to stifle and steal from the last remaining producers; by force. It's only "fair".

Well, I’m disagreeing with you as well. When the collapse hits, millions dependent of Government will end up dying, perhaps tens of millions. I expect places like Detroit, East LA, and Chicago to resemble something out of the Road Warrior.
