This list points to an end game for all the amnesties.

IF the law is passed, it should immediately be taken to court as a violation of the 14th amendment rights of ANYONE who has been charged with any of the law violations noted here.

I don't know where Congress gets the right to statutorially exempt an entire class of people from a law as an ex post facto act. It seems to be a violation of Equal Protection on its face.

The ACLJ, Judicial Watch and others should have a field day.
