That was the prosecutor's witness!

You can bet that the claim that "Zimmerman didn't follow an order" won't die. I think the press will repeat that, and the anti-Zimmerman forces sure aren't going to drop it.

Yes it was high fives all around at The Conservative Tree House on that line of questioning.

I think you’re right re “didn’t follow an order”. I caught a little of the play by play on HLN today; somebody would bring that up every couple of minutes and nobody — even people who knew better — would correct them.

After watching some more tonight, I have to say that HLN so far is in the tank for the Prosecution. This case isn’t as much of a railroading as the Duke Rape Hoax was — a violent act actually occurred in this case — but I recall very well that Nancy Graceless was at full nostril flare for a good honest hanging right up to the day when a real court made the very rare declaration that the boys were not just “not guilty” but that they were “factually innocent” or something like that.
