Sessions: That's a $64K question...because they don't want to end illegal immigration.

Sessions: CONTINUE TO CALL YOUR SENATORS!! Lots of calls are coming in...up to '07 call levels. And, defend the Senators who voted NO.
Q: How will this Bill be paid for?
Sessions: (Proponents claim) legalized immigrants will get SS#'s and will have SS and Medicare w/held. The proponents say this will add to the SS Trust Fund...but, this is NOT $$ to be spent. Count all in and count all out. These people will get this $$ when they retire. It's why our country is in the trouble we're in...double counting.
Q: This Bill lower wages and raises unemployment, why aren't Repubs talking about this?
Sessions: ....no idea why.
Q: Why isn't the elimination of birthright citizenship a cornerstone of any (immigration) reform?
Sessions: Because the people who drafted the Bill didn't put it in there. It's (BR Citizenship) is NOT in the Constitution. No other country has that rule.

They claim the Corker Amendment includes fencing the border. Not true! It's up to Nap to decide. She's already said we don't need anymore fence and that "the border is secure". I hope this Bill limps out of the Senate. Focus on the House and hope the House has a Bill that enhances job security, wages and prosperity of Americans.

Why can’t some secretary who types in what’s in the bill “accidentally” put something in there that’s actually good? If these people are going to vote yes on something unseen, why not have them find out the next morning that they just voted to appoint Joe Arpaio as a federal independent prosecutor against Obama’s crimes (or something similar)?
That’s the only way they are ever gonna learn their lesson about signing a blank check.
I am in DE, but I called Sessions’ DC office this afternoon to say “thank you” for his hard work to derail this thing.
