I consider Obama this nation’s enemy.
He chose the only option that guaranteed exposure and survival. When the government removes all avenues of whistleblowing, whistleblowers have no choice but to flee the country.
And he couldn’t very well run to an ally that would just turn him over to the criminal police state he just exposed. Nor could he trust the Congress critters easily blackmailed by the NSA into putting a knife in his back.
And just why is Russia our enemy? Because they actually look out for their best interests?
Seems to me that the US Government has become this nation’s enemy.
I don’t know who is pulling the strings of this government but they are certainly no longer of the people, by the people, or for the people. The US Government has far exceeded its Constitutionally delineated authority. It is no longer legitimate.
Friends? Enemies? Hard to know which is which in this day and age. It;s much easier to know that which is useful and that which is not. Snowden and Putin are presently useful.
Our enemy is within. The Founders wanted things transparent so the citizens could decide. Today everything is done behind closed doors with zero transparency. That is dictatorship. That is why we are in the mess we are in.
China is your enemy? So is it normal for you to buy stuff from your enemies and ask them to lend you money?
If China is an enemy then anybody who buys Chinese products commits treason.
That would be much worse then anything Snowden did. You would basically be financing those who seek to destroy the country. That’s the definition of treason.
